Mindset: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Bodies
"What was true of the body a thousand years ago is still true today — it thrives on movement, rest, and moderation." — Luigi Cornaro
Reflection: Every exercise in this programme is over 100 years old. Yet here you stand stronger for it. What does that tell you about timeless versus trendy?

Challenge: Read one paragraph from one of this year's source authors. Their voice will surprise you.
