Walking: Destination Walk
Walk somewhere you genuinely want to go — a coffee shop, a library, a friend's home, a viewpoint. Make the walk the means and the destination the reward.

Stretching: Tricep & Bicep Fascia Release
Extend your right arm overhead. Bend at the elbow, letting your right hand fall behind your head. Use your left hand to gently push the elbow deeper. Hold 20 seconds. For biceps: extend arm straight, palm up, wrist bent back.
