Upon waking: 10 slow arm swings; 10 hip circles each direction; 10 slow squats; 5 deep yawning stretches (arms overhead, back arched). Do this before coffee, screens, or conversation.

Walking: Morning Light Walk
Walk within 30 minutes of waking, outdoors, in natural light. Morning light exposure regulates cortisol, improves sleep, and lifts mood. This is foundational biology.

Stretching: The Full-Body Morning Stretch
Before leaving your bed: reach both arms overhead and point your toes — full-body lengthening stretch. Hold 10 seconds. Then draw both knees to your chest and rock gently side to side. 5 minutes total.
