Gill's Exposition
But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not,.... Continues as it was when first viewed: it is a burning boil; but not a plague of leprosy:
and the priest shall pronounce him clean; as clear of a leprosy, and so not bound by the law of it, though attended with an inflammation or burning ulcer.
