Gill's Exposition
And he brought the meat offering,.... Made of fine flour, with oil and frankincense put upon it, see Lev 2:1 . and took a handful thereof, and burnt it upon
the altar; see Lev 2:2 . beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning; the daily morning sacrifice, which was not to be omitted on account of these extraordinary sacrifices, both for the priest and for the people; or "after the burnt sacrifice of the morning"; for no sacrifice was offered up before that: so Jarchi.
